Yeah,

Some chicks do a great job, but most eventually follow their instincts of complaining, pursuing kids, and time away from work. If they're lucky they can even leach off a favorable health plan for years, and when they wash out or just outright tire of aviation they leave an empty slot that could have been better filled by a guy with more abillity, reason, accountability, and gratitude.
