You may not want to be too picky in what you want (bigger airplane, international). It'll be tough to get on with Motorola..little movement from what I hear. Try HFC, Duchossiois Industries, but they're all good ole boys clubs, for the most part.

If the home life is what you're trying to improve, I'd try looking for something smaller to fly.

Not always...nevermind a/c size - check how its staffed.

A citation with 2 pilots will have worse QOL than a GV with 5 pilots.

the other coast or the other side of the planet -- away from home is away from home..also doing long day trips every day is zero QOL IMHO..whats the point of coming home each night if everyone is asleep and leaving before they wake up?

proper staffing is key!
