Hiring pool is almost exhausted. Interviews should begin in January starting with internal recommendations. Provided the food chain continues, hiring outlook looks promising with ~4-6 per month.

Class of 4 upgrades and 4 new hires in Jan. Hiring will continue throughout new year if ATA continues hiring which they are expected to do. Everything is looking good.
