What's wrong with wanting someone slightly more qualified?

That's good.....the FO's are at least qualified to fly.

I agree what is wrong with having someone in the right seat that probably has a clue to what is going on. Would you feel safe putting your family in a RJ or turbo prop that taxis faster then most of these guys fly in cruise, knowing that the FO's ink is still wet on his commercial multi rating.
