What's the deal with the new Beechjets for Flight Options?

I think I read that Flight Options was ordering 40 of these remanufactured Beechjets (new engines, new ProLine 21 cockpit) in addition to 40 options. Did I read correctly that they would be used primarily for jetcard/charter work as opposed to dedicated fractional flying? I presume these will replace (or be converted from) the older Beechjets... When do the first couple of revamped Beechjets arrive on the property at FLOPS? This year?

Personally, I love the PL21 - an awesome cockpit upgrade. See the video below:

Not sure if the stats are all true/confirmed, but the price of the 400XT aircraft certainly is compelling considering the new engines and the ProLine system up front... Range figure quoted is not bad either.
