I simply cannot believe you guys allowed yourselves to get paid so much less than Comair. And only one rate for the FO in any aircraft??? Upgrades will not continue indefinately! You sold out your First Officers!
A 50 seat Comair FO will make between 6 and 10 thousand dollars more a year and the 70 seat FO will make between 6 and 15 thousand more dollars! Guys, that's $500-$800 more per month!!!! That's a car payment, house payment, retirement, perhaps kid's college. What the hell were you thinking?
You guys are truly spineless. You should have gotten more but you certainly deserve what little you got!

Quick question: Judging by the fact that you're a second-year FO, that would mean that you weren't actually there when your boys went on strike, right?
It's a lot easier to talk the talk when you haven't had to walk the walk, right?
SkylerS said:Wrongo! I was here. And it was a pleasure doing my part to raise the bar. All I hoped for was an effort on your part (and the others) and there was none to be found.
Oh well, like I said, you guys deserve what little you got. Here's to hoping you enjoy your 30 gold coins (think it was gold coins).

How on earth, by the way, is the "2yr FO" someone who was there during the "walk the walk" phase?
Did Comair strike in 2002 and I just plain missed it?
SkylerS said:Uhhh.....
I never said I've been here for only 2 years; it's been longer than that.
You didn't miss the strike, you missed the opportunity to raise the bar. And before you start with the economy and 9/11 pathetic excuses, just remember we said NO to "concessions for growth" despite knowing the consequences. You ought to try it sometime, standing up to management. It's a great feeling, allows you to live longer, and even grows hair (though your coat seems rather clean and shiny).
Look, I pointed out a fact on the disparity in pay. At least I looked at your contract before opening my mouth.
