Here is the problem. If CHQ did not compete with Comair for flying, this would not be an issue PERIOD!! YOU talk about pay and QOL and never mention companies like Indy Air, JetBlue, and Airways. All of which have lower or around the same pay. Where were you when ACA agreed to pay cuts before going on their own? Where is your complaining when JetBlue 190 rates are below CHQ 190 pay rates???? HMMMMMMMMM. So don't tell me how CHQ is bringing down the industry when so many others are paying less. It comes down to how it affects you. You may hate the competition, but quit whining about lowering the bar.

Geez....Give it a rest.

No, I mean Comair's, who is owned by Delta. Comair built it with a $50,000,000 investment and still owns it. What's your point?
CMR was not owned by Delta when Delta built Concource C.

1994 - Comair opened the innovative 53-gate Concourse C at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, the largest ever designed exclusively for a regional airline. The concourse was equipped with many of the same amenities as a major airline hub facility, including a food court, specialty stores and duty-free shopping. The concourse was part of terminal expansion projects at the airport by Delta totaling over $400 million.

Yes, it was part of Delta's expansion. No surprise there. Comair financed it and built it. As you said, we were not owned by Delta in 1994.
This whole argument is stupid. If you want to beleive Delta paid for Concourse C, go ahead, but as a 10 year employee who was hired at the time it was opened I am telling you you are wrong. Geez.

The news article is incorrect. Surprise. Yes, it was part of the Delta system's expansion, but as you said, Delta did not own Comair. I should know, I have worked here more than ten years, geez.
I love it when people use news articles to make a point.
AFELLOWAVIATOR, you need to brush up on CMR history, because that did not come from a news article, but rather CMR's own website. In 1994 Cmr opened concourse C which was constructed by Delta airlines.

No, you falsely claimed that my quote came from a news article, when the actual source was CMR's own website. Perhaps you should read up on it, it might refresh your memory.

OK. You win. Delta spent 50 million on another airlines terminal, Delta bought all the Navajo, Bandits, Shorts, Saabs, Brazillia, and CRJ aircraft flown over the years by Comair, AND they even paid for our GO, and lets not forget about the Pilot uniforms dateing back to 1977.

Your a real dumba ss.

What?

Bye Bye--General Lee

I would have thought you'd appreciate having the record set straight. Your previous assertions were obviously false. Now you do in fact know that Delta paid for the C concourse you have enjoyed for the last 10 years, long before your management team sold CMR to Delta.

Thank you very mich. I even found out Delta paid for the Christmas turkeys every one got back in 1994. You are a real smart guy. It is great that you get on this board and show just how much you know. Which is not much, but by golly , gotta give you credit for trying.

AFELLOW, what's a matter? Can't stand being corrected? According to CMR's own website you are wrong and now you're having a little tizzy. Grow up and get over it. So what if you were wrong on your CMR history. I'm sure you wouldn't want to continue to spread falsehoods, so I corrected the blatantly false statement you made. Consider it a free lesson. No need to thank me, knowing that you are now armed with a little bit more knowledge of CMR history is thanks enough.

AFELLOWAVIATOR then edits his post, but luckily his statement was quoted by yours truly.

AFELLOWAVIATOR do you have any source for your view that CMR built Terminal C, because according to CMR's own website Delta built it in 1994.

Someone got SKOOLED. Oh wait, now I will be told to STOP LOOKING AT THE REGIONAL SECTION!

Bye Bye--General Lee

General, perhaps AFELLOWAVIATOR can explain how concourse C was built by CMR, when, according to CMR's own website, it was part of a Delta $400M expansion in 1994. I don't know, maybe he has an explanation and we can all learn from it, but apparently his only response is name calling.

I know that in 1998 CMR spent $40M remodeling concourse C, which makes his claim that it cost $50M to construct in 1994 seem even more suspect.

It would just be nice if he could actually substantiate his claim that CMR built concourse C and explain the apparent contradiction between his assertions and both CMR's website and common sense. Instead I guess we'll just have to take his name calling as his only response.

FDJ2, he is not interested in logic. He is a troll, and not a very good one at that.

OK. It doe's not say "Delta built it"> It says it was part of Delta's expansion. Just as when Comair went into a new city, it was part of Delta's expansion.

I have now laid out the obvious. You know I'm right, you just want to fight. This is stupid. As are your post. What a bunch of idiots.
