Anyone want to guess who will be the first to charge for the seatbelt usage? How about coin slots for the overhead bins and space under the seat? I saw it on Soul Plane and they made money. Any guesses?

I believe the charges will be $15 for the seatbelt, an additional $25 for a seatbelt extender ( weight burns more gas, blimpo), and another $25 to put the armrest down between you and sweaty guy who smells like salami gone bad.

but don't worry, you will come out ahead. Just sign up for the credit card of the month in the terminal, and get a free ticket to do it all again!

Brought to you by US Airways.

They should charge $50 for the "shamu harness" and let the pax keep them. I had to leave a couple folks in Jackson, Miss a couple months ago because some 2 other lard a...s did not return their belts.

Southwest??? Don't think so...but last night Jay Leno mentioned Delta, US Airways and Jet Blue.

But, he did have a good idea....free beer on the airplanes....then charge $100 to use the lavs....

I'd say great idea, but we have had a surprisingly high number of passengers peeing in galleys and in the aisle lately.

I really like the idea of charging 50$ for the "Shamu Harness".....That has to be the best Idea I have heard all week...you are a freaking genious.....

Today's pointless post of the day.... brought to you by the letter P.

Pay toilet will come first.

Remember those days? The only thing here is you won't be able to crawl under the door.

People should pay for the "convenience" of using the jetways. Plus, if people want to recline their seats they should pay for that.

C'mon, these airlines need to monetize everything and reduce air travel to the cattle-car experience everyone now expects... Pretty soon Greyhound will be considered luxurious in comparison!
