CFI in South FL

Any CFI's out there in the Ft. Lauderdale area meet the requirements of 750 TT, IFR rating, 250 retract, and 25 in make and model of a Piper Lance? I have a guy who wants to get checked out in mine and those are the requirements set forth by the insurance company for the CFI to have.

If the insurance company says that the CFI must be IFR rated that's strange unless they're saying it must be a CFII. All CFIs are instrument rated.
