Does anyone here have a electronic copy of a POH for a 1988 Cessna 152?
I haven't flown one before and need to take a written test prior to flying. I am trying to get this done at home rather than go to the school and use thier POH.
Those tests are easy, I would just go review the POH at the FBO, then take the test a few minutes later. If you have flown a 172, the 152 is just a bit slower.
EDIT: Did you already get the specific planes weight and balance info? If not you have to go there anyways.
At our FBO we let the student use the POH on the test. I would also answer any questions the student had while taking it. I never looked at it as an evaluation, just training, but it's always a good idea to read a POH cover to cover before you take an airplane out.
Sorry I can help you with an online manual. Perhaps you can find one running a search on Google.
This is about as close as I can get you. There may be slight variations from the plane you will fly. Most of the test should come frim this link I'm guessing...
The paperwork is easy, I was just hoping to get it done without going to the FBO. I just need to get the v-speeds and performance characteristics. I guess I'll just go in a bit early to complete it.
The checklists helps a bit, thank you.
I'll be taking the 152 from KCRQ to 29 Palms....... Should be interesting.
KTNP was a pretty nice little airport to fly into. Unattended airport, easy to find.
Hit some strong winds aloft on the return. Took forever to climb to 10,500 to stay on top of Palm Springs traffic. I don't think I even hit that until I had gone through the TRSA. 53 minutes to TNP, 1hr 28 back. Hit strong xwinds past Palm Springs.
