Oops! I guess I misread it. I interpreted it that he meant that he owed no customer anything at all. I guess I can understand his point of view.
 
He's fighting FOR his company, hence his employees. What's better, treating employees excellent, as you're closing the doors, cause you don't want to hurt the customers feelings? We just saw that with that nightmare "Independence Air", bring everyone down as they RAM the company into the ground, to benefit the managers! CRAP!!
