I know, I know "the best plan cell phone topic has been covered over and over". I've done a search and see that the topic has not come up for a while. As time goes on plans and service change. Any thoughts on the best service.

I'll be driving from southern Jersey to JFK and flying domestic and Carribean. I'm looking for excellant coverage and good anytime deals. I've had ATT, I loved their coverage and service but didn't care for the cost. I'm leaning towrds Verizon but I'm also looking for a good phone and know basically nothing about them. I'd like one with great strengh and the ability to handle multiple signal types.

Thanks in advance for the responses,

Counselair:)

I'm going to switch to Nextel from AT&T because my new line o' work requires it....any thoughts on phones? Is the i95 worth the extra $$?
