I read that Cathay pilots get 42 days vacation a year. How does this work? Do you get 42 seperate days? Must they be weeks at a time? Can you block 6 weeks in a row off? Or do they frown upon you taking all of this leave?

Thanks

You can take your leave in any week long increment. 1, 2, or 3 weeks is the norm. Although I know of some who have taken it all at once. For an american, this is one of the best parts of Cathay.
