It asks if All ATPL subjects passed. What is that? Does my ATP count?

Multi-engine Instrument valid until?? Do other countries expire?

Does one app cover FO and SO positions?

There is no application form that is dedicated to Freight FO or Passenger SO. There is 1 application form that covers both positions.

Recruitment will decide what position they deem you qualified for. Most applicants that will be offered Freight FO positions will have either military jet experience, or medium jet time at the least. ie Airbus 319/320, or Boeing 737 series.

Your FAA ATP written is adequate for the ATPL written(s)

Most countries aviation authorities' multi-IFR ratings have expiration dates, and a checkride is required every 2 years. For the FAA, just put not applicable.
