Two days ago I tried to jump on Comair and US airways again, both ticket agents told me there is no cass agreement with Compass, I even told the agents the two letter code is "CP". Can some one please explain this to me, how is this possible?
Your airline has to have an agreement with each individual airline...regardless if your both CASS approved.
It isn't a CASS agreement thing...it is a company/union agreement thing.
