I fund out the hard way, that Compass' CASS system doesn't work on many airlines, such as Delta, US Airways, Jet Blue..... What's up with that?

I am not sure if this has anything to do with it, but Compass is not on Delta's jumpseat list.

Unless you are considered NWA. If you are not on the list they will not let you jumpseat.

If that is the case have your J/S coordinator contact Delta's and start the process to get on the list.

I have heard that they already tried to get on Delta's list with no results. The CASS at Compass needs a lot of work. AMR, SWA, UAL, DELTA, FDX, UPS, Alaska, Jet Blue are all not on the list yet. Makes commuting much harder.

Two days ago I tried to jump on Comair and US airways again, both ticket agents told me there is no cass agreement with Compass, I even told the agents the two letter code is "CP". Can some one please explain this to me, how is this possible?

You should volunteer for your jumpseat committee and turn your frustration into something positive. Management doesn't care if you can jumpseat anywhere so its up to the Union to get it done.

Your airline has to have an agreement with each individual airline...regardless if your both CASS approved.

It isn't a CASS agreement thing...it is a company/union agreement thing.

AA will let us jumpseat even without an agreement

The Jumpseat guy is trying... The only thing we could do is bump a couple of those airline guys so they call their company but bumping guys is not to cool
