I started a thread in the regional board. Apparently, the company was sold to a management buyout group in conjunction with the parent company of Air Atlanta Iceland and Excel Airways of the UK. Article spoke of replacing the -200 fleet with a -400 and a -800 in the next few months. Don't if N457TM was part of Casino Express' fleet but it's currently flying from Opa Locka to Barranquilla, Colombia.
