just came back from st thomas and i went down to the docks to see their sea plane operation. i spoke with a captain and he said new fo's start with around $26,000 and cappy's make $56,000. no schedule set in stone however it is close to 4 on 3 off. pretty quick upgrade depending on experience level, and yes they're hiring now.
