Part 121 CRJ200, line holder, typically bid lines with 3 on 4 off, sometimes 4 on 3 off, depending what the specific trips look like.
 
Most of us corporate guys are salary, so less is better!!!! Still flew over 400 last year, which is a little more than I'd like.

Most of us are not building time to meet ATP requirements anymore. However I do have to say I would rather be in the cockpit than preparing budgets, etc.
