Roughly 965 hours in '03.

Slow year, ya know. :D

1029.7 in 2003. Part 135 Freight and CFI

I put in between 500 and 600 in part 135 charter in 12 months.

"Not much" is how I describe it.

Can't tell you how many times people have come up to me and asked if I was 'gonna go on to the airlines' someday..."Oh yea, at 46 years of age my goal is to make to the majors someday!"

I've lost count how many times someone has asked me, "Do you ever want to become a [Commercial] pilot?" or "Do you ever want to fly for the airlines"?

Anywho.....About 400/hrs annually. Less if I bid correctly!

;)

UPS Capt,

LOL I have heard those questions many times as well. Every one has their niche.

As you said, anywho...about 350. But then again I schedule the pilots!

No kidding! I'm also 46 (must be a popular age) and get asked this all the time too. Truthfully, I've never really wanted to fly for the airlines.

To answer the original question... averaging about 500-550 hours per year doing Part 135 charter.

848 hours in 03, even with a few weeks of high-quality time off for the family.

My butt is sore nevertheless. Large, but sore..:)
