Anyone know how much you can make as a Caravan pilot flying cargo for one of those FedEx feeder type places?

I've visited with a pilot who flew one of FedEx's Caravans for CSA (Iron Mountain, Mi.). I seem to recall they start at about $30k/yr. there and can go as high as around $50/k yr. for the old-timers.

The maintenance on those airplanes seemed to be first class. At outstations, the airplane was hangared every day, rain or shine.

Hope this helps.

The ProPilot magazine Salary Survey 2002 put Caravan jobs between 30 and 50k/year, if I remember correctly.
