Eh... as the brief goes on my FO's legs... Your leg, your brief, u run it. Upgrade comes so damn fast these days that they need to get in the flow of running things, calling for checklists, flipping lights etc.

I love callin them out when they forget lights or autofeather... just like "they" used to.... Honestly, anything i can do to help them ease their transition, and reduce my worklload at the same time Brilliant

I've flown with a few women and have been caught a several times staring. What can I say, its like second nature to me!!! I have never enjoyed turbulence as much as those days. :beer:

Not as easy with the glass but with nice reflective dials, you can usually find the right angle where you don't have to look over. Just spend a little more time scanning said dial. Try not to fixate, though. :laugh:

I did have a captain who enjoyed telling stories about all the FOs he "put in their place" for some pretty innocuous shi.t. That was a fun trip.

We like curvy things with clean lines that have symmetry. You know, sports cars, motorcycles, airplanes, boats, AND a women's anatomy. Top AND bottom.

You ever see the way some guys do a preflight on a prop and feel the blade for nicks or scratches?

And don't worry, there are PLENTY of things women are fascinated with that we find funny as well.
