Every airline has their 10%. Pocono is probably a good portion of the 10% at her airline.
 
There is no doubt. Some POS who never earned his job let alone the left seat.
He probably turned in his private pilot license in for a FE certificate on the 72 in 1983 after police escorted him for an interview through picked lines.
Those guys are senior and way young. Got hired at 22-23. A captain (I didn't capitalized the "C" on purpose) since 24 or so.

I am just guessing.

Because any good Captain would have throat-punched his FO for being that big of a tool and that would have made the news.
