Hi, Just curious to know if Cape Air does PAX weight based on a seasonal average per person or do they do it by an actual weight of each person and bags? Also, any opinions of life style working for them, a/c equipment and maint. Thank You...Hogan

Found this info on another Site , this is pretty accurate based on just guarantee. This does not account for Going to the Carribean or working over 35 hours a week. If you work an average of 50 hours a week you will make $ 30,000 a year but in order to do this you have to go to the Carribean. Florida is so senior that I cant even hold it year round and ive been here awhile. A brand new person probably is not going to hold Florida even in the winter . Add three dollars an hour to Carribean Bases . The way to make money at Cape Air is to be flexible and move back and forth between HYA and the Carribean. If you can do this and work hard 40 or 50k a year is not out of the question after a couple of years. Dont expect to just stay in HYA and make this amount of money.

Here is what was posted on Ils Approach.com

$12.50 per hour to start per Duty Hour HYA,EWB,PVC, and BOS bases.
$13.50 per hour for MVY Base
*Bonus 1 dollar an hour per duty hour for every hour worked in summer season June 15 - Sept. 15

*Bonuses are not guarrennteed but generally given in a good business year.

The get actual passenger weights when they check-in. Also, the rampies weigh all the bags before they load them on the plane.
