Cape Air has added runs RSW-TPA -SRQ runs as of this past week at Continental's request. They already run RSW-EYW, APF-EYW, FLL-EYW AND APF-FLL. I know all the pilots done here including the ones starting up the new routes, its a good group.
Cape Air pilots already have flight benifits on most all airlines including Continental.
There has been talk for a few years about bringing in turbine equipment to the company, it just hasn't happened yet.
Those 402's carry a lot more then you think, it does get pretty tight with a full load and their bags
Yea we did here some crap from paxs. When I did fly for Cape Air, a couple of times I almost had people refuse to get on the plane, I promised it would be smooth, Yea right. It happened mostly down here in FL. Most of the paxs up in the North East are use to Cape Air.

Fly Safe, (former Cape Air pilot Stingray)
