That's correct. The FAA has its sight set on every pilot with a medical.

If you think you're gonna escape the apnea study because you're skinny like a toothpick, think again.

They want your medical just like they want their certificate back.

Plain and simple.

Why are you speaking in past tense? This guy is ignoring congress and IS pressing on with his agenda. Not sure why he has such a hard on for OSA.
 
30...???? Really? Bmi doesn't care if you work out or not. This "indicator" is purely based on weight and not body composition. You could have 7% body fat but have a 35 bmi....

Ok John Cena. We get it. You're a beef cake. 30 as a BMI is not high at all. Have a creatine, protein milk-steak and calm down. We don't have any Captain Augustus Gloops walking around at all.
