DL will likely get the next China award (Probably PEK to ATL) because we have yet to be awarded any China slots, we will have the equipment needed, and there is a large gap in China service from the SE. Grinstein and company are pretty confident about that. To say that we are in BK and don't deserve them, tell that to NW too. (and UAL)

But General you still posted this on a thread that was talking about 2007 slots. You said next China Award, which is for 2007. If you mentioned 2008 slots in your post then I would have understood but you didn't. Read your own post I copied it to my first one so I could remind you. I am quite sober thank you what are you 12. And DOH is not mentioned anywhere in the ALPA merger policy. I am not saying I won't get screwed, I have been before, by AA,it just won't be by DOH.

I was corrected by FLY CONTINENTAL, and then I never stated it again. But, you know better. You neglected to notice that I did not state 2007 in this thread, but you thought otherwise and slammed me still. You posted a previous thread, not this one. You think, rightfully, Continental and United are two companies that ought to get together and win the game decisively. But it takes two sets of intellect and ob jectivity to do that, and it's not going to happen. Why do we have six big airlines? Do we need six? No. Would the marketplace have the long-term stability of good employment and predictable careers and no bankruptcies, yes, it sure would. What keeps that from happening? The government has been almost paranoid about antitrust provisions, to the point where they stifle any kind of consolidation.

Don't ever trust anyone that poses a question and then answers it himself. Dude, just make a statement. Did the interviewer ASK that specific question? No. Speak normal or get back to the mental ward...you're talking to yourself again!
