CAL Stopped Interviewing?

Officially we have 25 people going through class in July and 24 going through class in August. After that we ramp back up to 64/month(officially) but I have been hearing it will go to 100/month(unofficially)

I flew with an instructor the other day. He gave these same numbers as well.

Are they still taking from the "short stack" or have they started calling regular joes without walkins yet?

well, they're advertising on employment sites as of yesterday or the day before. Of course, the way airlines work this probably means that they're about to furlough about 3000 pilots.

Do I still need to know someone there to get a call?

Anyone have any idea if the summer classes be all 737, or a mix of the fleets?
