I'm not sure if this subject has been brought up before, but I just wanted to know if CAL allowed international Jumpseat. thanks.

CAL is like AA. You have to be on their reciprocal international JS list. Even if you fly for a "regional" that goes into Mexico/Canada it may not count as international. I've heard that if you can make it down to the CA they might let you on.
