CAL hiring.

I see that CAL uses airlineapps for resume submission. Does anyone know if you can get hired without someone walking in your res? I posted a res at airlineapps about two months ago. I meet the mins but have not been contacted by anyone yet. Any info would be great. Thanks

I had 6200 and 3200 PIC 121. The only way I got the call was though an internal rec. that pulled my application. They have cut interviewing down for the summer but will pick up again in the fall.

If someone does not walk your stuff in you are fighting an uphill battle. I know of a couple people that went to a conf. (not air inc.) that got interviews and the job. Bottom line, they met someone.

Mins posted are not competitive, but if you know the right person that is all you need.

Just for the record, my class of 20 had 19 white males, zero women.

the next class had 12 7 white males

maybe it is timing but your point is?
