According to my friend's wife's girlfriend'sister who is sleeping with senior managment unless CAL pilots sign the TA there will be no flow!! In fact you will not be able to apply at CAL if you work at XJET, they will also cancel all aircraft orders and start outsourcing flying to Chataqua.

A 3 year long divorce, 6 airlines, a few furloughs, 4 moves, paycuts,seat slipping, booted off aircraft, no furlough protection, gas at astronomical prices, pensions slipping away and you are worried about what the new flow agreement may look like.

You better get a sense of humor, otherwise you can become one frustrated mo-fo.. Cheers!!
