Just found out CAL hired a gal who fudge her logbook and has a DWI on her record.!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh I forgot CAL too has to fill the minority box.....................

I've asked around in the crew room, but does anyone know what the deal is with pilots getting a new BES involuntarily awarded? If you look at the training assignment bid results under Flight Ops, there are always a bunch of guys - even very senior guys - that have "involuntarily awarded" under the status column. How does that happen?
