Can anyone confirm that a new hire that bids GUM and is successful in that bid gets first year pay @ $62.00 per hour? Info appreciated!

You can elect second year pay @ $62.13/hr but you must accept an 18 month base freeze. You also get an $1,100/month override for a foreign base allowance.

roll the dice?

Thanks for the replies... What are the chances of getting GUM?

Does anyone know the policy regarding a current pilot writing a LOR? Is it an automatic interview if the other qualifications are met, or just a real strong shot? How long has it taken for others to get a call for the interview?

Thanks.
