heard a rumor they were pulling guppys out of the sand box. didn't really believe it but I guess it doesn't matter if this is true.
 
These aircraft were all delayed due to the seat supplier Koito Industries. CAL just signed a deal with B/E Aerospace to supply and install seats in these aircraft.

Actually all delayed..... check with Boeing!
 
Have any CAL/UPS/UAL/ furloughees applied/been hired with DAL? Might be a great way to leverage a position. If you get hired with DAL, you could sit on a call back from CAL/UAL for 10 years and then decide what you want to do at that time. I imagine there are many folks out there with 2-3 seniority numbers waiting for movement to happen.

thats a great plan as long as we grow a pair and demand pay longevity for furloughs in the next contract.
