Anyone hear of a company called something like "Pan Am Jet Tech?" They have locations in MIA and PHX, but I cant find them on the web. Im not 100% Im spelling the name correctly.

Thanks

Maybe Jet Tech International in PHX/Scottsdale, used to be 1-800-JET-TECH or (602)951-6275? If so, I think they were bought out by Pan Am International Flight Academy (PAIFA) in 2000: http://www.panamacademy.com/index.asp.
PAIFA doesn't do 737 types in Arizona, though - now just Miami & Minneapolis (on their Home Page click "Locations"/"Type Ratings"/"Commercial").

Also, this [obsolete?] link for Jet Tech: http://www.aviationtrainingdir.com/atd/schoolpage.asp?School=7270

I just did mine in October at HPA in Dallas - it went well, and was a very positive experience. Glad to share details if you're deciding where to go.
