OBritt showed me his financial records and bank statements, and his lawn company made over $7,600 in 2 months, $6,500 of which, was pure profit.

Uh, I made over $10,000. last month, sitting on my can, and that was after paying some kid to mow my lawn.

Kid, it's great that you aspire to be someone. That's admirable. The part we are chuckling about is that . . . . . . . . . . . well, you see . . . uh, hello?

Oops, I forgot, it's a school night!

Tell ya what, come back in about ten years, and I'll tell you what we are all laughing about.

G'night.

Brittain Koball

First of all, thanks to Ed for giving me his user name and password so I could have a chance to defend myself.

I don't mind blows to my idea, in fact I encourage them....from knowledgeable individuals in the aviation industry. Not a bunch of low hour pilots. This guy with the username Ty Webb......is a faggot. I don't give a dropplet of **CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED** whether you guy's approve of what I'm doing or not. So many good men, and EXPERIENCED ones at that, are helping me put my project together. So do me a favor, get a life......get on a sports team or maybe get some friends if you can.....and get the f*** off my idea!!

I DO NOT want to see your gossip in this forum again. Get over the fact that my family is successful, and your a bunch of mid-aged queers. I am going places(and not Cincinnati, because we won't serve that), so get over it.

O and ummmm...f*** off my spelling. You have real problems if you sit on your computer and tell people they are spelling things wrong.

Good luck s*** bags.

You know, in my experience, the people that call other people "queers" are usually the ones you have to watch out for on a camping trip.;)

Anyway, better clean up your language, or we'll have to tell your parents about your post. Then they'll take your computer privileges away, and you won't be able to play airline CEO anymore.

"Britt" Air

Brittain Koball, who is running this project, came and spoke to the untire board. They approved his plan with flying colors, and he is in the process of gaining funds, and I can guarantee you, he has made more money in 1 month than anyone of you guy's make in a year . . . .

And I would also like to address the lawn care business everyone in this forum seems to be poking fun at. Britt showed me his financial records and bank statements, and his lawn company made over $7,600 in 2 months, $6,500 of which, was pure profit.

All I can say, is this city knows and loves this young man, and backs him, and people left and right are putting money into this airline. He is going places, but you loser men who sit on your PC's and right in these forums are stopped dead in your tracks . . . .
If you believe all this, sir, I have some airline stock up for sale. The name of it is Family Airlines.

Young Britt has failed to consider that the name of the former Britt Air may be copyrighted. If he has such great business acumen, he would have first negotiated with Continental Airlines for rights to the name.

Finally, if, indeed he makes more money in a month than any of us "middle aged men" make in a year, howcum Donald Trump has not tabbed him to be The Apprentice??

You and your townsfolk need to wake up, because this start-up, at least under this 15-year-old, ain't gonna happen.

For a would-be entrepeneur, "Britt," your comments certainly are mature, and are sure to engender more support for your venture.

After reading it, Bobby, I don't think I'd even let him mow my lawn.
Wait 'til he turns sixteen and can look for work. That should be rich.

Shall we nominate "Britt" into the flightinfo.com annals currently populated by the likes of Mr. Concorde?

I guess I missed "Mr. Concorde", but I have a feeling our boy Britt is well on his way to achieving Flightinfo.com notoriety.
Funny thing is, Bobby, I started my own little "airline" when I was 27, and operated it for about three years, doing St. Pete/Key West flights using Chieftains and a DC3. . . . I could have benefitted greatly from this board, had it been around then.

Now, an adult would know that this board could have been a useful tool, and would have acted in a professional manner . . . but a kid, well a kid barges in here hollering and screaming and cussing and whining . . . . and that is why kids should stick to mowing lawns.

I think many of you are too hard on the 15 year old Lawn Tycoon. If he wants to put together a 767 out fit, I say "Have at it". He can make an easy transfer from his experience mowing lawns to heavy maintenance planning on the 767. With Flight Sim 2000 he can do proving runs on all the international flights changing the weather and aircraft conditions. His four letter words he posted on this board can be directly transferable to many foreign languages. When he is able to drive a car, he can drive himself to meetings. But in many states he will have to be home before dark (until he is 18 when his driving privileges increase to drive after dark). He seems to have the support of the town fathers so money will not be a problem.

Go for it. You can call the airline "Turf-builder" and paint the airplanes green.

Should we tell him the old saying: "In aviation to make a small fortune you need to start with a big one"?

I hate to be negative but there have been too many "airlines" that have spent millions just trying to get set up and never turn one revenue dollar.

But, this is America and every kid is intitled to dream. Besides he can always fall back on mowing lawns if the airline goes bust....

Britt and Mr. Concorde

He was this fourteen or fifteen-year-old who was trying to BS people two years ago that he was a Concorde captain. He was unmasked quickly after the knowledgable people here raised doubts about how he built his time, and started asking questions about Concorde tire pressures and heat coefficients, etc. He, TABExpress F/O and, now, Britt, are cut from the same bolt of cloth.

The difference is you were an adult and this kid is . . . . a kid.

I second your comment about the board. Had it been around when I was trying to forge a career I might have made much different decisions.
. . . . and that is why kids should stick to mowing lawns.
I would not trust a kid like Britt with a lawnmower under any circumstances. Scott's, anyone?

Gee, Mr. JAFI, you sound like just the guy to be his POI. :) :D ;)
He seems to have the support of the town fathers so money will not be a problem.
The town fathers are as much a bunch of cretins as he is by supporting him. They should, instead, put their money behind the Mayo Clinic.

I do want to say something about young entrepeneurs. Some really know their sh!t. Michael Kobold founded the Kobold Watch Company when he was something like nineteen years old. Kobold watches are considered to be world-class. Someone like Michael Kobold should be vying to be The Apprentice - except that he might have to take a pay cut!
