Does anyone have any interview gouge about Boston-Maine airways that they could share? I have an interview coming up and unfortunately there is nothing on "will-fly-for-food" or "aviationinterviews.com". If you have ANY information it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Interview:
How do you feel about unions?
How do you feel about signing a 5 year training contract?
How would you work with a difficult captain? etc etc
How are you going to get to work? (PSM is the domicile)?

Written test on FAR/AIM:
ILS components
Military airport at night (Beacon)
VASI
Holding speeds for prop aircraft.
ATP/Medical durations
What is a great circle route.
When is IFR clearance required in VFR conditions.
When should missed approach be initiated during ILS
VOR check-max permissible tolerances
Definition of V1.

No Part 121 questions. This gouge is current as of 1 month ago.

No sim or Frasca eval. Usual background checks.

As I understand, limited jump seat agreements with other airlines. I know they are trying. Unless you live within their Northeast route structure, it is very hard to commute and keep to their schedule.

Boston Maine Airways is a Part 121 airline. Their only base for now is PSM (Portsmouth, NH). Other than Boston Maine and Pan Am, no other scheduled service into PSM. Nearest major airport is BOS which has direct bus service from PSM to Logan about 14 times per day.

Best to have a car and a crashpad in the local PSM area while working for them. I'll try to find out what if any jumpseat agreements they have.
