run for the hills from that crap

the place is a piece of crap, don't bother. bad mngmt. union busters don't get involved. some good people work there but mngmnt won't allow them to use thier good experience to make it better. tyrants thats all they are.
just hope they go out of business and we never have to hea about them again.

One guy I know was in initial training there for 5 months without getting online - his entire class was.

The place is a joke. Work your ass off, no days off, treat you like dirt, aircraft are POSs. Don't do it.

I second what Hugh says. Buddy was in training for same amount of time. They just kept stringing him along and finally after months of ground school and flying, they came into to class and said we're suspending operations for a while. This is not abnormal for them either. If you're thinking Boston Maine why not Colgan? Its no dream job but better than BMA. Think it out before you make the leap. And colgan's hiring mins right now are 600 and 100. Come join the team here at Colgan Air. Have you seen our Red white and blue paint jobs. Awesome!

I was surprised to see a Pan Am 727 at Terminal D in Atlanta last week. What's up them? That's BMA, correct?

Great livery, too bad it's not the real thing.

Yeah, one day it was parked at Terminal E and the next at D.....I was going to start a thread to find out if anyone knew what was going on. I'm sure the Delta guys just love seeing that ole bird pulling up on the ramp! Probably some of the same scabs flying it from way back in the day.

I love that old Hartford Whalers symbol. I saw the whalers play the B's at the garden, Andy Moog starting in goal for Boston. Or it could've been Reggie Lemelin. I can't quite remember. Anyway, good times.

Is that u who got fired from the fo's job form BMA...It's too disgraceful to get fired from BMA.

Don't go there. The management is horrible. They busted ALPA at PAA (3) and transfered PAA's flying to BMA. Guilford Transportation holds on to the Pan Am name and have destroyed a great name with the trash they spew.

You have something against the guys that labored hard at Pan Am? No strikes, no labor issues, np problems, an act of terrorism and a bad management team ruined them. Marty Shruge tried hard to save that company but wasn't the one in charge. No one at PAA "in the day" was a scab, and I for one resent the implication.

PanAm flies the Vacation Express flights out of ATL to CUN and SFB. ATL-SFB is Fri, Sat and Mon. ATL-CUN on Thu and Sun.
