Honestly, and we wonder why people no longer view as as professionals?

Umm.. can we say what the fark?

Man I know there are some fucked up people out there.. but this guy takes the fuckin cake.
So this morning we depart out of PA to NJ for a quick thing until about 2pm.. come back to PA to drop someone off and as we were figuring out where we were going next.. the guy who was letting us lease the plane from him called up saying he wants full payment of the 200 G's right now up front or hes reposessing it... we thought he was just yankin the chain.

So after about 5 mins of "this is how it is.. either wire transfer me the money or don't take off because I will report it stolen" I was instructed to clear EVERYTHING out... charts, books, logs, coats, bunch of crap. It sits out on the tarmac for awhile and gary drives by with the jeep and we put all of this crap in. Dad is pissed as a motherfucker by this time, making a 324235 phone calls tryin to figure this crap out. Then the sherrif shows up at the airport saying "don't move that plane until so and so gets here" (so and so being fuckheads pilot guy to take the plane) so we said ok.. lets play dirty.

Ended up taking out both GPS's (which also powers the radios.. required for flight), and the HSI (master compass). Wrote a nice little letter saying we payed for this crap to be upgraded and/or fixed.. its ours.. have a nice day. So this dude coming to take the plane is gonna find out how fucked he is and we will be 'politely' requesting our money for the new engine, the avionics upgrades.. just a list of crap totaling like 100 G's or something.

We'll keep the logbooks.. with all the work we did on it.. since we paid for it.. it won't be current by any FAA standards anymore.. haha this dude is TOTALLY going to fark himself.

Plus even if he does get a replacement GPS in there to fly... we have the one that HAD to be certified by the FAA.. so if the plane leaves the ground Gary is gonna call the feds and have a fuckin field day and the fuckhead picking it up will prolly get his license suspended or something (btw after this lil fuckup gary and I are on kickass terms now)
So all in all I'm out of a job yet again for a little bit... but in the end.. we'll more than likely end up with the plane plus some extra $$ on the side... it'll be worth it.
