I have been using them for the last year. Last annual the mechanic did not follow the borescope protocol at condition inspection. This year different mechanic is doing it as we speak. I upload every flight to Savvy. They have also helped with many different minor questions I have had. I can upload videos and they will even give me guidance on exhaust color - any questions I have. Excellent service, a little pricey, but well worth it if you use it.
