I think this TA stops SkyWest from buying those larger ones. Republic still has the one loophole, they have Frontier, but they do not work for Delta at all, no codeshare etc. But, if SkyWest wants larger planes, then they can't fly anything for Delta. I'm pretty sure that is correct....

Chautauqua Airlines is a Republic Airways company. I believe they fly for you.
 
Republic flys E170/175's for Delta (Under Shuttle America). They also have confirmed orders for 60 Airbus 320neo's and 20 319neo's... As well as 40 firm orders for C-series-300 (and 40 options). And obviousily they own Frontier Airlines.
