Boeing is going to use a 747-400 version of the supper guppy to move around parts for the new 787. The article indicates they are looking for an outside party to operate the airplanes. Anybody have any ideas who would be in a position to do this? The article also states they are looking for a third airframe the to purchase for modification. Are 747-400s in such short supply that the BUILDER of the plane can't get a hold of one, or is it only a matter of wanting to get it for the lowest $$?
