hey. not sure if this will help. i've got the somewhat high bp problem also. i think a large part of it is the "white coat" thing. doctors really freak me out. it's because i'm afraid they'll find something and i'll lose my license.
anyway, they did my bp and i was high every time. they tried a few more times to see what it was doing. finally, the last time, i held my breath while they did it. did wonders. not sure how much it dropped, but it was quite a bit. give it a shot. just don't be obvious.
