"Block or Better" or Actual Time Flown

How many of you out there that are only getting paid for actual time flown and not "block or better." Why would the union concede to this demand in the first place!!

Remember, "the union" is you. It's your fellow pilots that voted in favor of that contract. Ask around, you'll get your answer.

That seems like a pretty easy concession to work around. Throttle back, make some gas, don't fly any faster than the schedule.
