Anyone out there have any info on Big Sky up there in Montana??
Upgrade time?
Travel Priv?
Work Schedule?
How's upper management?
Do pilots generally like working there?
And will they let you live outside of BIL and commute??

Thanx for the help everyone

do they still exist?
God bless EAS. If it weren't for that, poor Mr. Foley and our parent company (MAIR Holdings) would be losing even more money than they already are.

When you're driving out west and lose your way
look to the heavens and scream out why.
You can drive all night and then all day
But eventually you'll give up and take Big Sky!

Desperate times call for desperate measures. That's the funniest thing I've read on here in ages.

OMG!! I would rather watch grass grow than fly for those guys. THe only thing that I know is that they used to have routes west of the mississippi river, and now, well... only northwest. I think that the pay is like 18 and hour!!WOW that less than I get paid and that is very SAD!!

I think as far as 1900's go they pay above most like Mesa/skyway.

The guy I know over there was hired last August upgraded in 6mo's in the metro, which is being phased out by the new 1900's.

Yes you can commute, Billings is the only base.

Very small outfit 50 some pilots. That said they have been around since 1978 and the top guys on the list have been there since 1988. So there must be something there.

They are limited by the Mesaba pilot contract to only fly 19 seat aircraft.
