I know of at least one person who was hired as a street captain over there for BOS. Was told the pay rate would be 37/hr. In groundschool the C.P. came in and said they changed their mind, pay would be 30/hr. Pretty rotten if you ask me.
av8 what have you heard about big sky getting Q400's?
Their parent company MAIR, is in a legal battle trying to get it removed.
I love Big Sky. Especially with wonderful people like Tom Whitten to hang out with. WOW what a neat guy
His son is even worse. He's based in DEN now with mesa.
Not a rumor. I left Billings and headed home instead of attending the interview. Made me sick. They had the best rates for the Beech 1900. They took consesions despite massive growth and profitability. This in order to get good rates on the Q400. Of course there were none on the property. It wasnt for me. I fugured that I would be just a miserable at Big Sky as I am at Mesa.
Good Luck though

Coming from a Mair Inc. company, I don't trust them any farther than I can throw Paul Foley. I also recommend you stay away from companies with training contracts.
Good Luck
Holy crap I was in 10th grade in 1990. You may have lived in Olin 3 years before I arrived in room 711 in Aug. 1993.
