The Marriott right next to the airport in prague is very nice but its a 15 min ride into town and you have got to go to old town in prague and the marriott in nice is close to the water and beach (if you can call it that)
good luck and make sure you read the riviera 1 going into Nice

There is a parking problem in Nice. Have handler confirm your parking. Also, they will make you shut your APU down shortly after pax leave.

What is this sangria you speak of?;)

An evil brew that makes you want to take your clothes off when exposed to the warm temperatures common to Portugal this time of year. It also makes your head hurt--BAD!

Maybe the economy has reached the Cote d'Azur...we recently got 2+weeks parking in Nice, and for less money than the typical repo places - Hyeres, etc...

If you can dare to venture outside of the corporate pilot box, you can do FAR better than most Marriotts overseas.

For Nice try the Palais -

enjoy!

For the love of all God's creatures, you stay away, far, far away from it then!!!!!!!!!!!!:eek::eek:

PS I got the big pitcher of it.

Myself and a FA who shall remain nameless (because I can't remember...) went through two. :puke:

Nothing better than a thunderous hangover at 7pm... :smash:

G'deuce--Hope you're hanging in there! BTW, I know a former Special Forces guy who'd be willing to keep the press away from your hangar--for a fee. ;)

Hey TC! -- have shed the press (for the most part they were pretty stupid)......new gig here, and we prefer Navy Seals.

send you new email on PM

be well

:)

I use tripadvisor.com to get an idea of the best hotels/restaurants if I haven't been to the location before. But I mostly use Marriotts as I am a points whore.

I second the plug for Trip Advisor. Most of the reviews are fair, but be wary of posters who aren't satisfied with anything and pick apart the smallest details. Pictures and maps give you a good idea of what you're getting into as well.

Are you a part of any awards programs? I jumped on the Hilton points early last year and have been racking them up. Start collecting now and it will start paying off in a year or so. I've gotten several free rooms already.
