best flight sim game for kid's gift?

Is the realflight rc sim fun for kids or any other suggestions? MSFS was a no go but they seemed to enjoy the rc deal at the hobby store but it was close to $200. Thanks!

Look at Phoenix RC sim. Around $175 with a 5 channel controller if you decide to do the real thing. Comes with free updates for life, unlike RealFlight.

Not the best but it seems to work OK on the freeware, Realflight is by far the best in regards to RC flying.

This ^^^^^ Loads of fun and cheap. My son lives on this game. You can also get Historical Landings with the same Rortos Flight Engine and fly WWII planes.
