Can anyone pls tell me what benefits NJA offer, especially med/dental and supplemental plans.

Also, what is payed for by the company and what is not?

When does coverage start for employee vs. family?

Are the benefits equal to or better than CS?

Thanks, idriver(well, formerly)

I will take the first shoot.

Full medical, dental and vision. Sure you have copay's, but that is all.

As far as I know it starts on DOH for the whole clan.

I think I can say it is better than CS, but I will let a CS pilot who in in their plan confirm.

Here is a link to their contract.

Some highlights:
Company-paid medical for you and your family from day 1.
Full pay and per-diem from day 1, including company provided transport & lodging for training.
Company-paid short and long-term disability.
Years 1-4 -2 weeks vacation
years 5-10 -3 weeks vacation
Years 10+ -4 weeks vacation
401k match 50% per dollar up to 15%.

Good luck!

Here is a broad brush stroke of 2006 benefits for NetJets pilots.

Most of this was made available to us through collective bargaining and the use of an effective Union.

-Medical 100% premiums company paid through Aetna (CoPay applies)
-Dental 100% Company paid with MetLife
-Vison plan
-Flexible spending accounts
-Short Term Disability
-Long Term Disability
-Loss of Medical Certificate Disability
-Supplemental Life Insurance
-Spouse Life Insurance
-Dependant Life Insurance
-Personal Accident Insurance
-Hyatt Legal Plan
-Legal Flight Plan
-Long Term Care
-401K with 50% Company match (yum)

Most of the above is included into our CBA at no additional cost to the pilot. Some of the above is available for a VERY reasonable cost per pay period. Each deduction I see on my paycheck for optionals range from .25c to $3.00.

As far as CS, I'll let Humphry Bogart speak for his company. He's "worth it" after all.

Thanks a lot. Yeah, it would be nice if a CS guy could post their benefits...Bring it on!

I was just searching for this info, idriver, thanks for asking, everyone else thanks for replying!
