If you select PPO coverage for yourself only, your total deductions are Zero, nada, zip, nothing.

If you have a family and enroll yourself and your wife and kids, it's $138 for medical, RX, and vision. add another 20 bucks for dental. Lets just call a little under 150 for everything for the whole family.
